TRAVEL
The closest major airport to Dartmouth and New Bedford is Providence, RI (PVD). Boston (BOS) has more direct flights though and really isn't too much further away. From the airport, it is easiest to rent a car. If you are coming from New York, Amtrak to Providence is a good option.
